Technical requirements for the use of I-SERVICE

Proper operation and use of I-SERVICE must meet minimum technical requirements such as:
  • Using a device enabling viewing web pages and making them function
  • The minimum screen resolution of the terminal device: 1024 x 768 pixels
  • Connecting to the Internet
  • The current web browser such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Opera enabled for JavaScript and Cookies files
  • In the case of obtaining consent to receive an electronic invoice (e-invoice) software is required to open PDF files, such as Adobe AcrobatReader
  • Having an active mailbox that allows reception of messages
